All digital products, such as courses, templates, recorded content, and downloadable materials, are delivered immediately after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Custom services (such as consulting, workshops, or one-on-one coaching) are scheduled with the customer after payment, according to the agreed timeline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy depends on the type of product or service purchased:

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as recorded courses, templates, and downloadable content), purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Custom Services (e.g., Consulting, Workshops, and Coaching)

Cancellations made at least 14 Days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 Days before the scheduled session may qualify for a partial refund or a credit for future use, depending on the circumstances and service policy.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the service has started.

3. Memberships and Subscription-Based Services

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]
Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
Refunds are not available for subscription fees already paid unless explicitly stated otherwise.
